Plan your setup
Use this guide when choosing equipment or preparing hardware you already own.
Initial receipt-printer support is limited to Epson. A Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet connection is required for operation with Diverse Retail.
Choose a printer with the required network interface. Wi-Fi capability depends on the printer configuration and may require an optional wireless adapter.
Connect your cash drawer to the Epson receipt printer using a compatible drawer-kick cable.
The cable must match both the cash drawer and the Epson printer’s drawer connection so the POS can trigger the drawer through the printer.
Use Zebra label printers compatible with Zebra Browser Print to print labels from your PC or Mac.
Browser Print must be installed and running on the computer used for label printing.
Accept card-present transactions with the payment terminals listed for Datacap DC Direct.
